I hope that someone can help me with the following questions.  We are
on a short time line.  The proposal to which these questions relate
is due in early January.

I am reasonably certain that the Dept. of Education will not allow us
to request full tuition support for students as well as support to
pay faculty salaries to teach the courses to the students.  Can
anyone back me up on this?  Can you provide a citation?

Assuming for the moment that the above is true, can anyone tell me
the MAXIMUM percentage of student tuition that we would be allowed to
request and still be allowed to request faculty salaries???  We very
much need to request support for faculty to teach additional classes
(or pay adjuncts to do so); however, we also want to ask for partial
student support to enable students with financial need to
participate.
