Title: MANAGER

Salary:  $37,000-$43,000 DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Director in development and implementation of internal
procedures; assist in the development of ORCA budget; serve as ORCA's
liaison with SPFM; serve as the institutional liaison with sponsors to
resolve outstanding issues; oversee the daily operations of the office;

ensure that proposals are processed accurately and timely to meet all
required deadlines; provide review and institutional endorsement for all

ASU proposals as required; monitor the proposal file setup process for
accuracy of data; meet with and assist Officers on more complex proposals

and situations; promotes and supports the goals of AA/EOA; performs
related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration or related field AND six
years experience at an educational institution, which includes two years

supervisory experience; OR Master's degree in Business, Administration or

related field AND four years experience at an educational institution,
which includes two years supervisory experience; OR any equivalent
combination of education and/or experience from which comparable
knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

DESIRED:
Experience in supervising and working with sponsor requirements;
effective communication skills; knowledge of University policies and
procedures, and knowledge of supervisory policies and procedures;
knowledge of principles, practices, and governmental regulations
pertaining to sponsored and grant acquisition, proposal submission and
award administration; knowledge of proposal budgeting, federal and other

sponsor rules, regulations and guidelines; and skills in establishing and

maintaining effective working relationships.
