 The Medical College of Ohio is a relatively new COS member (July 1,
1996) and I must admit that to-date I have not been very impressed with
their service.  It took them several months to "get us going" with their
faculty expertise database; to their credit, they did agree to extend our
subscription for the wasted time.  I still maintain a "wait and see" attitude
because I think that it could be a very valuable service, but as of now it
has NOT lived up to its billing.
 You should contact some at the Univ. of Rochester.  I have heard that
they dropped their COS subscription due to bad service.
