At the University at Buffalo we have a "Policy on Responsible Conduct =
=
in Intellectual and Creative Activity." It covers all disciplines and is =
not limited to externally sponsored activities.

We are considering revising our "scientific misconduct
policy" to incorporate all disciplines. The revised policy
would be a sort of ethical conduct in science and other
 creative activities policy.

I am interested in hearing from others who have done this.
Specifically, what is the name of your policy and what
 problems have you encountered?
