As an entity of the State of Alabama we are prohibited by state law =
(constitutional clause & subsequent supreme court rulings) from entering =
into agreements containing indemnification clauses. Haven't addressed it =
with NASA (MSFC) yet but we have no room for negotiation on our side. By =
