We have received a NASA Ames grant with a special condition (1260.62
Allocation of Risk/Liability) from the NASA Handbook and would like to know
if other universities have seen this condition on recent awards. We suspect
that this term may be being included in grants from NASA where the research
effort is conducted in part at a NASA facility or involves use of NASA
property.
 We would be interested in whether or not you took exception to the
term and the results of that negotiation.
