The record retention reg in A-110 did not change with the 11/29/93 revision.
It remained "three years from the date of submission of the final
expenditure report....".    Be careful because agency regulations could be
different.  For instance,  the Department of Education in the latest version
of EDGAR still requires a five year retention period.
