Spanky,  I too would like a copy of your presentation.  I was not able to
attend the NCURA meeting - funds are limited here, so I get to a meeting
about once every 4 years.  Our University's motto is learn by doing, but
it's hard to "do" when you have to teach yourself or learn by the seat of
