Non-disclosure agreements

One of our faculty members is teaching a course on entrepreneurship.
A course requirement is to develop a business plan. He would like
each of the students to present their business plans to
their classmates and would like each student to sign a non-disclosure
agreement to ensure that the business ideas remain with the
originator.
Question: Have any of your universities conducted such a class with
NDA's and if so, do you have a copy of the NDA you could FAX me?
We have standard NDA's and thought we could adapt one for use here.
The second question involves the liability of the University, in the
event that an idea is not kept confidential. Have you ever run across
such a problem?
Thanks in advance for your thoughts on this subject!
