Thanks to all who responded to the indirect cost rate
(or F & A rate to be politically OMB correct) applied to
sub-contracts question.  I received a lot of responses and
will summarize and post the results to the whole list when I
get back from Washington next week.

I still would like more feedback from anyone who has not
responded yet.
