Dear colleagues,

We unfortunately are going through our first misconduct charge. It is
our first "opportunity" to implement a policy that was designed 7
years ago. I would appreciate it if any of you who have had
experience with implementing your institution's Misconduct Policy
would contact me at the email or phone below. We would like to
discuss process with folks who have gone through a charge. We are
finding what appeared to be very detailed in an abstract sense, is
not as clear now that individuals are actually involved.
