Our research center has been approached by the AAR to conduct impact
assessment research.  A preliminary check revealed that my institution has
never submitted a proposal (nor received an award) from them.  Before
submitting a formal proposal I'd like to know more about their standard
agreement, position on paying indirect costs, award restrictions, etc.
