 Go back to TRAM

http://tram.rice.edu/TRAM/forms/budget.pc.html

and download the "Multi-Agency Budget Spreadsheet".  This contains the DD,
EE and II attached to an Excel spreadsheet.  You can either use the
spreadsheet to fill them in, or just type the info in; your option.  If you
choose to use the spreadsheet, don't forget to download the instructions as
well.
