I am working on a FIPSE grant proposal on student orientation with an
Interim Dean, a Student Orientation Faculty Director who has a term limit on
the number of years she can so serve, and an Advising and Retention Director
whose position's involvement in student orientation is realtively permanent
and on-going. The Advising and Retention Director does not have a
doctorate. If the Advising and Retention Director is named Project Director
in the FIPSE application, will that hurt our chances for funding? Anybody
have experience in this area?
