Do we need prior approval from our IDC cognizant agency before raising our
equipment "threshold" from $500 to $1,000, or is the fact that our new level
is below the new A-21 level of $5,000 sufficient?  If prior approval is
required, could you please "point" me to that requirement in A-21 or other
federal regulation.  If prior approval is needed, what form must our request
for approval take - is there a form for this purpose?
