Here's a new one.  I need to know if anyone out there knows what the
superstitions are regarding $2 bills.  We do frequent patient surveys
(mailed) and for one upcoming one, we hope to enclose a crisp $2 bill as an
incentive to complete the survey.  Some here say $2 bills are bad luck...
Why?  (Serious replys only, please.  I don't wish to contact the psychic
friends network, or anything.)

P.S. I never received the much coveted salary survey everyone wrote about.
 Just trying to see if my job level is in sync with others in like positions
in the beautiful Midwest (Minnesota).
