I am looking for the address and telephone number of the foundation
 started by Julius Erving ("Dr. J"). I recall seeing information on
 such an organization a few years ago (perhaps accepted only invited
 proposals?) Is this foundation still active? If so, can anyone provide
 me with an address, telephone number or name of a contact person?
