We're doing an informal survey at Rutgers University regarding
submission of final reports to sponsors.  What documentation
do you require from the PIs at the time they submit their final reports?
Do you obtain only the transmittal/cover letter or the report itself? Or
nothing at all...just the PIs word that it was submitted to the sponsor?
