The best source on the web for student financial aid information, I think,
is the Financial Aid Information page (formerly the Carnegie Mellon
Financial Aid page) at <http://www.finaid.org/>.  It has links to a ton of
information sources and is organized fairly well, but is not a searchable
database, like IRIS or SPIN.
