How do you handle the discrepancy with the negotiated DHHS rate for
research or do you have a separate pool established for clinical
trials? If you do, do you apply that rate to clinical trials done for
NIH or other federal agencies?

At Baylor College Of Medicine our indirect cost rate for clinical trials
funded by industry is 26% of total direct costs.
