Bravo to Andrew Grant!  I agree with sharing forms developed with OmniPage,
etc.  We will stay with a spreadsheet software right now for our forms but are
seriously considering OmniForm for those odd-ball programs/forms which come
around every now and then.

I rec'd a direct response from my query for forms from our own campus via
Marcia Martin of the Agility Forum.  She directed me to Texas A&M Home Page
