Kathleen-
We submitted our effort reporting system procedures to DHHS for approval
many years ago and received their approval. The fact that our faculty
members sign their own PAR form has satisfied both federal auditors and
the A133 audits without additional documentation required. Who better can
attest to the way a faculty member spends his or her time other that the
individual.
