       Here at the GWU we are in the process of collecting
information for the completion of our Disclosure Statement which is
due in December 1996. We think that it would be helpful to find out
what process was followed by others in compiling their information
and  to see how their statement looks like after completion.
       If you are in the process of completing your Disclosure
Statement or if you already completed it, and are willing to share a
copy with us, please send a copy to my personal attention as soon
as possible. The report will only be shared with our Comptroller and
with a few members of our CASB team. None of the information
contained in your report will be quoted, or distributed outside of the
CASB team, or attributed to your institution.
