Just wanted to let everyone know that I finally reached a program
officer at NASA and was informed that the web site address has been
slightly changed probably do to security reasons ( I am not sure I
even understand this).   The new address is
https://www.peer1.idi.usra.edu.   I was able to obtain the
information for our faculty member.  Thanks for every one's help! -
