I don't know of any listservs specifically for government program
administrators, nor would I like to see such a list develop.  The strength of
this type of forum on the internet comes from exchanging viewpoints from
various perspectives about a topic of interest to all members.  I have
greatly appreciated the thoughts of those NSF and NIH administrators who
frequently contribute to this list.  I'd hate to lose them.
