I need some help, please.

I have been asked to help find some money to bring a faculty member from
another U.S. institution here to study for a year.  The program she wants
to study in is our Francophone Studies program.  This, however, does not
have to be the emphasis.  In reality, we could use a program for revitalizing
university professors, or something of that nature.

I see all kinds of similar programs for elementary and secondary teachers,
but I do not know of any for university professors.

Any advice you have is greatly appreciated.
