Susan--I'd like to just voice agreement with Bill's answer. The home
page also cuts out a lot of phone traffic--so procedural items are
worth listing. Plus, the auditors are going to find your weaknesses
anyway. An open approach might lead them to think you weren't trying
to do something below board (they are a suspicious lot -- ;^ ) -- )

Outside hits have leveled off to about 50% of our traffic. Most
people are more interested in our form templates and funding
opportunities than anything else. Hardly anyone off campus reads the
section on calculating a monthly salary rate from a bi-weekly one. .

Let us know what you decide! I'd honestly not thought about auditors
surfing the net. Now that's a scary picture (again, I'm joking if
there are any auditors out there!)
