If you are interested, the CFDA is available on the web and it is
searchable.

It is at www.gsa.gov  when you get to that home page, click on
publications then choose CFDA, it will bring up a page and at the bottom
of that page it says search the CFDA, click on that and you get a query
page.  I put a bookmark to it on mine but I don't remember the entire
address.
