(1)  What rate, if any, do you use to indirect charge gifts, endowments,
 philanthropy?  Do you charge the fund a
direct administrative cost instead?  Do you negotiate depending upon the donor
 or amount?

(2)  Can you recommend any search firms who specialize in research positions?
 We are initiating a search for a
Ph.D. nurse with a background in geriatrics to become our Director of Nursing
 Research.
