I need some help.  We are looking at adding, within the Ed Leadership doctoral
 program, a Higher Ed emphasis.  If any of your schools have such a program
 could you give me the name of the dean/director to contact to discuss their
 program, courses, syllabi, etc.  I would greatly appreciate your assistance.  I
 know this is a bit off the beaten track for a research administration list but
 there is a reason I am involved and I thought some of you good people could
 help me with a bit of information.  Thanks in advance.
