I would very much like to get feedback on a question dealing with
professional practice plans.  Can you tell me what kinds of income (other
than the "normal" type such as patient fees in a medical plan) go into the
plan--and specifically whether, and under what conditions, you include
consultant fees and/or royalties from textbooks?
