Last Fridays (July 5th) NIH Guide has a section regarding the implementation
of SNAP and a new initiative which means fewer financial status reports.

Sounds exciting, since it will reduce the amount of paperwork significantly
for us and allow us to use one University account number for each project
period rather than changing University account numbers every twelve months
when we start another year.
