We are beginning to consider the feasibility of allocating
 indirect cost recovery funds quarterly (current year's receipts)
 rather than annually (prior year's actual). What have your experiences
 been with this process?  We are especially interested in hearing from
 comprehensive regional universities that have this process in place.  I'll
 be happy to share comments.
