I know that a similar question has been posed before, but I am in need of
further information on this topic:

Does anyone have specific substantiation for your institution's charges
regarding the use of the IRB? Beth Israel has decided to charge only for
those reviews regarding funded industry sponsored projects.  I would be
interested in knowing how other institutions' charges were derived.
