Thanks, Bill!  Nice to know a session has raised some issues with the
audience....I agree that the re-engineering question prompts us to
consider the basic issues of service to our variety of
customers....institution and sponsor, as well as faculty.  The key
question that keeps resounding with me is who will train the
decentralized administrators?  And how much will that cost?
