Bill . . .couldn't find your address to respond to you personally, so will
use list.  All four of our faculty have heard, just this week about their
ILI grants.  One had not, as of yesterday morning.  When I called NSF to
check on status, woman there said it may take as long as 8 more weeks to
complete the review process.  As it turns out our guy was called yesterday
afternoon with news.  So . . . hang in there.  As expected, she said delay
is due to shut down in Dec and Jan.
