For anyone who missed it....the revision and recompilation of A-21 did come
out....see 61 FY 20880, May 8, 1996.

It is BIG, covering pages 20880 thru 20941.  I had to increase the memory
allocation to netscape in order to open it simply because of the size.  OMB
does not have an on-line version available on their server yet.  GPO Access
does have an on-line version, but I timed out twice before it finally came
through.

For anyone who would like it, we downloaded a copy, divided it into 4
pieces (to make it easier to use) and have placed it on our web site.  Go
to

By next week we'll also have a Word 6.0 version (mac and windows) available
for downloading, from the same site.
