At Coastal Carolina we send a memo to the Office of Public
Information whenever a grant is received that provides the
information required by the Stevens Amendment.  They include it in
all press releases, however its been my experience that the local
papers frequently delete the matching information.  The memo is a
form that is automatically generated from our database at the same
time as other "standard" memos to the Dean and Dept Chair notifying
them that a fulty member in their unit has received a grant.
