If a state university can't supply its needs check the provide
foundation list for Minnesota based foundations, I know there are
several from earlier research, don't be put off by limiting guideline
statements look for board members with links to Winona SU or to arts,
last I heard 3M was still in business in MN, you also have
corporations. . . this is a high profile donation, if the good old
boys don't see it, try the good old girls, generically speaking of
course.

One of the development officers here is trying to locate a funding
source for acquiring musical instruments for the university.  I have
not had much luck so far.  Does anyone out there have any ideas
and/or suggestions?
