We are interested in what policies various institutions have regarding
disposing of federally funded equipment, after the life of the grant. At
that point, does it become university property & your standard policies
would apply?  Are there OMB regulations governing this?

If this has already been discussed,
just give me an idea of approximately when & perhaps I can research this.
