Grant Administration/Financial Computing Systems

We have always developed our own software to manage our financial
systems, Accounts/Payable, Grants Admin/Cost Accounting functions
etc. We are in the process of redeveloping our systems to bring
them up to date in terms of database systems and graphical user
interfaces. Dunn & Bradstreet and PeopleSoft have a suite of
modules that include encumbrance based project accounting and we
are going to be evaluating them. Does anyone know of or use
other off-the-shelf packages that have served them well? Has
anyone had any experience with either the Dun&Bradstreet or
PeopleSoft packages?
