I tried to post this message last week.  I have not heard back from
 anyone and am suspicious that the message did not actually get sent.
 If this is a second copy, I apologize.

 Has anyone recently received a grant from the Pediatric AIDS
 Foundation?  If so, did you have any problems accepting their policies
 governing the award?  Under the category of "Biohazards" they state
 "The Pediatric AIDS Foundation shall be held harmless from the results
 of the use of any such biohazards."  As a state agency we cannot
 legally hold another entity harmless.  The Foundation will not accept
 alternative language (that we will be responsible for all actions
 associated with the research conducted by our investigator or that we
 will hold them harmless to the extent allowed by law [which is none]).
 Negotiations are at a standstill.

 If anyone has run into this already and has worked out a solution, I
 would appreciate knowing how you accomplished it.
