GRANTS ADMINISTRATOR
To perform grants administration functions for all Institute grant and
postdoctoral fellowship awards and provide assistance with both preaward
and postaward activities. Will provide institutional review of proposals
for extramural funding and awards management, assure compliane with
Institute, Government, and Agency mandates, legislative requirements, and
policies and procedures. Provide specialized assistance and information
regarding proposals and awards, and enhance Institute efforts in securing
financial support for its research and training activities.
Requirements include: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of
education and experience with federal grants, policies and procedures;
relevant experience in both pre and post-award administration; demonstrated
experience to work with minimal supervision; strong organizational skills,
and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have computer
experience (Mac preferred), and should be familiar with Excel, Word,
Filemaker Pro and Web browsers.
