Has  anyone been successful in tying into a LISTSERV established by Dr.
Phillip Morse of Illinois State Univ. for the purpose of discussing the  NIH
AREA program?  The address I have is xxxxxx@XENON.CHG.IL.STU.EDU
and it doesn't work.  Thanks
