I am seeking background information on the Eppley Foundation -- more than
the brief published application guidelines.  Although many faculty projects
appear on the surface to be eligible, I am looking for someone with inside
information about their funding priorities and selection process -- a
faculty member who has received funding an administrator who's actually
talked with someone at Eppley.  [They don't publish a phone number].
