Could someone please provide me with information to include applicable FAR
clauses that clearly states whether or not Universities are exempt from the
Service Contract Act.

Keeping in mind that We are only involved in Research and Development, our
employees are professional and students.

A quick response to this matter will be greatly appreciated.
