Does anyone have information about a program sponsored by the
National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) relative to alternative
fuels.  Notice was in the CBD - January 23,1996 Record No. 1515PRA0009.
I have been unsuccessful in my search of the CBD.

A Letter of Interest was supposed to be issued on or about 2/23/96.
