Please send this list information (IRB list) either to public or to me as
well.  We are hoping to do research into education and technology on our
MOO and had formed an IRB to assure that it is quality research.  Because
we are a strictly virtual environment, there are many questions that crop
up for us which do not apply to a physical situation.
