I have been out of town for the past two weeks, but I have not seen any
feedback regarding SNAP and POSTDOCS. I also am interested in how other
institutions are handling the key personnel questions below. I have been
advising my faculty to stop listing them as key personnel and only list
faculty as key. I can make a case either way - for listing them or not
listing them - in the definitions in the 398 package. I prefer to not list
them, because it's simpler. I'd like to know what others are doing.

I would like feedback on how institutions are handling
postdocs in relationship to the Streamlined Noncompeting
Award Process.
I would venture to say that most postdocs are named as key
personnel in applications. At the same time, postdocs tend
to come and go. Are you submitting budgets &
justifications... new biosketches... every time you replace
a postdoc or a postdoc reduces effort by 25% or more.
