I'm looking for a list of grant making agencies that might fund a proposal
related to the above subject.

Already checked with NIMH, and ARO.  ARO gave it a good rating, but due to
the large response, they didn't fund it.  Anyone have some other possible
suggestions to try?

Please excuse my "nettiquette".  I'm never sure what kinds of questions are
appropriate to ask of this group...so I plead ignorance if my "net skills"
are minimal.
